Service Policy

  • Engineer Service Onsite
    On-Site service is provided if the system is within the Covered Area described above. Within (24 hours) excluding weekends and holidays, a field service technician will contact you directly to make an appointment to repair or replace the defective equipment.
    On-site service shall be performed from the period of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays observed at the user site.
